The Vongola Gear.
The Vongola Gear ((ボンゴレギア, Bongore Gia?)) is a set of equipment exclusive to the Vongola Decimo and his Guardians. The set is made by Talbot and is composed of the upgraded forms of the Original Vongola Rings.
Synopsis
After the Original Vongola Rings were destroyed during the attack of the Simon Famiglia, Talbot upgraded them using the power of the Animal Rings and Penalty. The finished products were ores with minerals shaped as the Dying Will Flames of the Sky. Tsunayoshi Sawada and his Guardians were first unable to release the Vongola Gear's true form, but soon showed enough resolve after being reminded by Reborn of their injured friends.
Abilities
Each of the Vongola Gear takes on a different form as it caters to the specific fighting style of the wielder.[1] The Vongola Gear are made exclusively for the Vongola Decimo and his Guardians, symbolized by the crest of the Vongola Famiglia shaped like an "X".
- Ring of the Sky Version X - Tsunayoshi Sawada
- Buckle of the Storm Version X - Hayato Gokudera
- Bangle of the Sun Version X - Ryohei Sasagawa
- Bracelet of the Cloud Version X - Kyoya Hibari
- Thunder Helm Version X - Lambo
- Necklace of the Rain Version X - Takeshi Yamamoto
- Earring of the Mist Version X - Mukuro Rokudo & Chrome Dokuro
If the wielder did not have enough resolve to change their ores into the Vongola Gear, the "souls" that live inside the Vongola Rings and the Vongola Box Rings would die.[1]
Trivia
- Similar to the Simon Rings, when the gear is released, circles of letters surround the gear and they transform into weapons.
