Kanji

<Kondō> 桜咲く 舞い落ちる 何も無い ぼくの手の上
<Iida> 儚くて 優しくて 壊れそう きみみたいな花

<Kondō> いつもの改札を 擦り抜けて行くあの子はそう
輝く目をして 毎日何か掴み取って行くんだ

<Iida>

English

<Kondō> The cherry blossoms dance, falling into my empty hand.
<Iida> Ephemeral, gentle, and fragile, this flower that seems like you.

<Kondō> The child who usually slips through the gates
His eyes sparkling as he grabs something.

<Iida> And as for me, my empty days go on
With a cold heart, I'm searching for the moment when the flowers fall, and I close my eyes.

<Both> The cherry blossoms dance, falling into these empty hands
Ephemeral, gentle, and fragile, this flower that seems like you.

English

<Kondō> The cherry blossoms dance, falling into my empty hand
<Iida> Ephemeral, gentle, and fragile, this flower that seems like you.

<Kondō> That child who slips through the gates as usual
His eyes sparkling as he grabs ahold of something.

<Iida> And as for me, my empty days go on
And with a frozen heart, I close my eyes looking for the moment when the flowers would bloom.

<Both> The cherry blossoms, it flutters down, on my hand where there is nothing
Fleeting and gentle, I'm afraid it might break, the flower that is just like you.

<Iida> I put away the dirtied spike deep inside my heart
<Kondō> You are searching for the Spring's escape route, saying, "This is good enough."

<Both> aren't you?

<Kondō> The ball I lost and gave up on... The one who found it for me, it was you wasn't it?

<Iida> The spring comes, blossoms and prides, the ground sways by the wind
Stepped on firmly, burst out crying, looks like it might overflow, the flower that is just like you.

<Both> I have come, to retrieve the lost article that is here, on my hand
Fleeting and gentle, I'm afraid it might break, this flower that is just like you.
