Ryohei Sasagawa vs. Gamma is the 191st chapter of Akira Amano's Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

Synopsis

Reborn falls into the room, much to Tsuna's shock. As Tsuna tries to touch him, Spanner says that Reborn was a hologram. Reborn states that the hologram projector was a function of Tsuna's headphones. Reborn asks Spanner how long completing the X-Burner would take, but is interrupted by Tsuna asking why Reborn knows Spanner so well, to which Reborn replies that he's been able to hear through Tsuna's headphones, so he knows what Spanner's like. At Shoichi's control room, Shoichi routed all the electricity to the site of Gamma against Gokudera and Ryohei's battle. As Ryohei lies against a metal box, his head bleeding profusely, Gamma prepares to deal the killing blow. Kangaryuu attempts to intercept the attack, getting furiously electrocuted as a result.

Gokudera opens his Box Weapon, Uri, to chew through his own ropes. However, Uri attacks Gamma, who states that he would cook Uri medium-rare. However, Ryohei gets up again and knocks away Uri, declaring that his high-speed healing was complete. Ryohei tells Gokudera that if he was defeated, the former's ropes would come loose. Gamma then defeats Ryohei, knocking him aside. Gokudera then got up, equipped fully, and vowed to not let Gamma get away with attacking Ryohei.
