Description[edit | edit source]
In Muay Thai, the user can not only use both arms and legs to strike an opponent, but also use his knees and elbows as well, effectively giving the user four more limbs. Punches in Muay Thai, such as hooks and jabs, are similar to those in Boxing. Elbow strikes can vary depending on the intended direction. Knee strikes and kicks can be used while standing or jumping.
