Mist Ring Battle

The mist ring was a battle between Chrome Dokuro and Mammon, the vongola are down 3 rings to 2 escaping defeat thanks to Yamamoto. The Vongola wasn't sure who their Mist Guardian was except for Reborn, until Ken and Chikusa from the Kokuyo enter the gym. The Vongola thought that the guardian chosen was Mukuro who they still had bad feelings about. But it wasn't Mukuro, they still had uneasy feeling about Chrome especially Gokudera. Tsuna was the first to accept her cause he had a gut feeling she was different.

Namimori's Gymnasium, nothing special since its not needed for a mist guardian battle.

Rules

1. There is no time limit
2. A person is only pronounced a winner if they have the other person's ring, even if the opponent is dead.
3. Gaining assistance from the outside will result in your disqualification and the person who helped you, both rings would be lost
4. It is not against the rule to kill someone

Battle Timeline

Episode 51

• Battle begins
• Chrome goes on the offensive creating illusion of the gym floor breaking and making them into floating platforms
• Mammon isn't affected calling her move "childs play" easily using her illusion floating platforms to get near her
• Mammon creates an illusion for tentacles that wrap up Chrome, Chrome's illusion disappears
• Mammon thinks that the match will be done easy
• Chrome appears behind Mammon asks him who he was talking to. Chrome had put an illusion of herself around a basket of basketballs.
• Mammon releases the basket and stops is tentacle illusion which was made from paper
• Mammon thinks better of Chrome decides to not hold back his power, removes chains off his necklace and his pet Fantasma turns from a frog to a lizard like snake that bites its own tail and makes a halo ring above Mammons head
• Mammon is revealed to be the Arcobaleno known to Reborn and Colonnello as Viper
• Chrome goes on offensive again, using physical trident strikes which Mammon dodges easily
• Mammon claims that its impossible to strike him if he can fly
• As he flies nearer to the roof, Chrome uses an illusion behind him which wraps him up with snakes.
• Mammon is trapped a bit in the illusion cause he couldn't tell if it was real or not
• Mammon uses his pacifier to break the snakes hold
• Chrome uses another illusion, Pillers of Fire that Mammon gets completely caught in.
• Mammon escapes unhurt, he tells Chrome that her illusions are first class but claims that her weak spot is in her illusions
• Mammon counters Chromes illusion by using his own illusion to freeze the gym
• Mammon explains to Chrome that when an illusionist has their illusion countered, that illusionist is giving up the control of their five senses
• Mammon slowly turns Chrome into ice
• Mammon then tosses Chrome down and stops the illusion of ice
• Chrome dropped her trident and quickly crawls and grabs it
• Mammon sees that the Trident is important and uses an illusion to break it
• Chrome falls back in alot of pain her stomach slowly caves in
• Mammon is stunned at what happened by just breaking her trident
• Chrome cries out for Mukuro
• Mammon sees that she has been living with organs made of illusions
• Chrome continues to call out for Mukuro, Tsuna can feel his presence he can hear Mukuros voice talking to Chrome
• Steam raises from Chrome, the trident returns to her hand, her hand turns into a black glove, her eyepatch drops and Mukuros eye is shown

Episode 52

• With the mist still around Chrome an illusion of the gym floor breaking is sent directly to Viper, knocking him down.
• The mist lightens and Mukuro appears
• Mammon knows a little about Mukuro and his failed escape from Vendicare Prison, he thinks that Mukuro is also just an illusion wrapped around Chrome like the basketball illusion
• Mammon uses an illusion of a blizzard and fires it at Mukuro
• Slowly Mukuro starts to become a human block of ice
• Mammon then creates a hammer and flies toward the frozen Mukuro
• When Mammon was just close enought to smash Mukuro, an illusion of Lotus Flowers entangles him.
• Mukuro defrosts himself and Mammon is getting hurt by the flowers
• Mammon unleashes more of his power to get out of Mukuros illusion
• Mammon creates illusion copies of himself to confuse Mukuro
• Mukuro goes into his combat mode and strikes the illusions.
• Mammon evades Mukuro and starts making an illusion that seems to be wrapping space in the gym
• Mukuro attacks with pillers of fire with lotus flowers attached to it
• Mammon again uses mass illusion clones to attack Mukuro which are easily defeated
• Mammon gets behind Mukuro and traps him in an illusion bag.
• Mammons pet attacks the bag from the outside
• Mukuro breaks out using his lotus flowers and appears with both halves of the Mist Vongola Ring, Mukuro thinks the battle is over
• Mammon claims he hasnt used his full power
• Mukuro reminds Mammon about the countering of an illusion, and makes Mammons pet start to strangle him
• Mukuro then does an illusion of himself entering Mammons body and having Mammon explode from the inside out
• Mukuro stands victorious, Mammon is seen to have blown up into small pieces falling to the gym floor
