Luche is the holder of the Orange pacifier and the mother of Uni and may be a former leader of the Giglio Nero Famiglia. When Gamma has a flashback when fighting Gokudera he is Luche's right hand man and at that time she give birth to Uni.[1]
The Sky Arcobaleno inside an airplane, her face is not seen.
