Character Outline
A Chinese Ramen Shop customer of I-Pin's, who, due to the Ten-Year Bazooka, always gets his Ramen with soggy noodles. In the Future Arc, Kawahira helps Tsuna out by letting the group inside while they are on the run from Byakuran and the Funeral Wreaths. He seems to know about them as he says he will take care of the real Six Funeral Wreaths for them.

While the Vongola are on the run from the Millefiore, Kawahira tells them to get inside and that he would take care of the Six Funeral Wreaths. He then uses illusions from his Serpent Hell Ring to make it look like the street is crowded, though Zakuro stops in front of his shop and searches for the group. When he is threatened to be burned along with his shop, Kawahira uses his illusions to have Zakuro chase after an invisible "murderous intent". Byakuran came back from one of the parallel world,stated that he found where Kawahira is and maybe the Six Funeral Wreaths might attack or kill him.

Trivia
- Kawahira is a frequent customer of the Chinese Ramen Shop that 15 Year Old I-Pin works for, unfortunately though it seems that everytime I-pin goes to deliver the ramen she is ported into the past and the noodles are soggy.
- Kawahira asks 5 Year Old I-Pin to do something about the soggy noodles when he is hiding her and the rest of Tsuna's Family.
- Kawahira possesses the 5th Hell Ring shown. The first was Genkishi's Hell Ring, the next two shown were worn by Rokudo Mukuro when he was battling Byakuran and the 4th was shown to be worn by Fran.
- With Kawahira's Hell Ring, only one remains unknown.
- Kawahira seems to know everything that is happening, knowing about the Real Six Funeral Wreaths, Uni and even that the Past Tsuna's Family was being hunted by the Six Funeral Wreaths.
- Kawahira has been shown to be able to create Fake Murderous Intents, Reborn ponders the ability, but as of yet nothing else has been revealed about it.
