Katekyō Hitman Reborn! Vongola Saikyo no Carnival 4 BLUE (家庭教師ヒットマンＲＥＢＯＲＮ！ボンゴレ最強のカルネヴァーレ４B L U E, Katekyō Hittoman Reborn! Bongore Saikyō no Karunevāre 4 BLUE?), also known as REBOCON 4 BLUE, was the fourth part of the Katekyō Hitman Reborn! Vongola Saikyo no Carnival series of concerts. It was held in JCB Hall (now Tokyo Dome City Hall) in October 13-14, 2010. The tracks used in the concert are part of BLUE - rivale. It is the counterpart to Katekyō Hitman Reborn! Vongola Saikyo no Carnival 4 RED.

Trivia[]
- The Opening BGM is the Moska character song from The Varia Songs album.
- Levi and Lussuria were special guest for the solo ken performance in day 13 and 14, saying in character that they "stole" the solo ken for the Varia.
- During the Day 13 Show Game, Koichiro Yuzawa (playing Lussuria as the judge), started mocking Yuki Fujiwara's Arashi no Ouji and his catchphrase "That's because I'm a prince" changing it to "That's because I'm a gay" ("Datte ore, okama nano", Okama being a term to describe homosexual people in Japan).
