The Foundation is a group that serves under Kyoya Hibari, with the core Members being people from the Namimori Middle School Disciplinary Committee. They travel around the world studying and researching the Box Weapon technology. Tetsuya Kusakabe, who was the Vice President of the Disciplinary Committee, is also the second-in-command of the Foundation. Their Hideout is directly connected to the Vongola Hideout via a steel door which is never opened to keep the secret and also because Hibari doesn't like crowds.
