The Fantoma is an all-male special force serving the Millefiore Famiglia. Its members are referred to as Phantoms. special force sent to reinforce the assassination squad at the Vongola Base attack during the Merone Base invasion. Their Dying Will Flames and fighting styles vary from person to person, even though it seems that their attacks are synchronized and require teamwork.

Merone Base Invasion
During the Merone Base invasion, Fantoma attacked the Vongola Base and reinforced the Millefiore squad sent there.
They got there through the train station that was under construction. Right from the moment they arrived, they faced the future Kyoya Hibari and tried to stop him. Hibari admitted that they were indeed stronger that the rest of Millefiore members, but confidently states that they were still too weak for him. The Phantoms attacked all at once. After a short fight, they decided to use Revolving Chain to trap Hibari. While Hibari was trapped in the chain, he used his Cloud Hedgehog's Needle Sphere to escape and strike the Phantoms at the same time. That was enough to knock them out.

- Even though common Millefiore members had at least one Box Animal, none of the Phantoms used one against Hibari.
