Ultear is the storm guardian of the Gieuge Famiglia, and the girlfriend of Kaname Rendo.

Gieuge Storm Ring: She wields a powerful storm ring which can have many flames imbued into it.
Guns: She carries two pistols and a rifle with her nearly all the time, expecially when going on conferences, she is highly skilled with these, and can imbue storm flames in them.
Storm Mink: She also uses a storm mink box weapon, however, unlike belphegors, hers has a kind and hyperactive personality.
