Haruka Kinimaru[]
Haruka, or Haru, is the 20th generation storm guardian, and best friend of Daisuke Minari.
Appearance[]
Haru has short, messy, bleached blonde hair that goes to his shoulders. His bangs are clipped back by red hairclips. He has piercing green eyes, and a fair skin complexity. He has 2 piercings on his ears, with an additional piercing on his left ear. He wears the standard Komachai uniform similar to Daisuke's, however, he does not wear the tie, and leaves his dress shirt unbuttoned, revealing a red T-shirt under. He also wears pants similar to Daisuke's, and white lace up boots. On his left sleeve, he wears an armband that says 典獄 (Warden).
Personality[]
Haruka is a very violent delinquent, who is not afraid to threaten school staff; most of which are scared of him. Despite such, he is a very good student, attending class every single day, turning in his work, abiding by school rules, etc.
He acts as Daisuke's right hand man, and the two are very close. He stands up for Daisuke on several occasions, and tries to get along with Hiyori the best he can, showing that he cares about his companions more than anything.
He is quick to anger, and can be quite air-headed, and does not think before he does.

Daisuke Minari[]
The two have a strong friendship, and are always seen hanging out together. Haruka is always nagging Daisuke to go to class, and do work.
Hiyori Mikaze[]
He tries to be friendly with her all the time, but she is scared of him because he always looks like he is glaring at her. He sometimes indirectly insults her, but doesn't mean it.
Celestia Nervetti[]
Haruka and Celeste are always at ends with each other, often arguing about trivial matters. They both do seem to get along at most times however, and often work together to get Daisuke to do his training.

- Raging Tempesta:Haru can use this technique to cause the atmosphere around him to turn into a deadly storm that can kill anyone within 10 feet.
- L'uragano distruttivo:This technique causes Haru to move at quick speeds.
- Red Tornado:Haru can use this technique like Raging Tempesta, however it causes slightly more damage.

- Storm Guns:Haru weilds two guns that can blast a red beam.
- Stormthrower:Similar to a flamethrower, the stormthrower can shoot out flames, but can also shoot a red beam like the storm guns.

- He has been electrocuted by Hiyori several times.
