The Earring of the Mist Version X is the upgraded Vongola Mist Ring created specifically to suit Mukuro Rokudo and Chrome Dokuro, and is one of seven Vongola Gear,
Following the destruction of the Original Vongola Rings, Talbot took the Vongola Rings' remains and combined them with the Animal Rings using Primo's blood-- Penalty. The combined form of the three parts resulted in stone ores of each Dying Will Flame of the Sky. And it was by channeling their resolve through the stones that Tsuna and his Guardians transformed the ores into Vongola Gear, personalized for each member.
Description[]
It is the result of Talbot's work and Mukuro's resolve channeled through Chrome. The broken pieces of the Vongola Mist Ring was upgraded with Mukuro and Chrome's Vongola Box Ring Mukurou, and Penalty.
This earring, as revealed by Talbot, was made exclusively for the 10th Generation Vongola Family. It took the form of an earring to best suit Mukuro's/Chrome's fighting style.
Upon activating his Cambio Forma Version X, Mukuro's Trident transforms into a khakkhara surrounded by rings of text.

Cambio Forma[]
Mukuro's Cambio Forma is formed when Mukurou manifests and merges with the Earring of the Mist.[1]
After Mukuro upgraded his Vongola Mist Ring with his Dying Will Flame, Mukurou gained the ability to transform his Trident through Cambio Forma, transforming it into a khakkhara surrounded by rings of text.
When Mukuro uses this khakkhara, his Six Paths of Reincarnation eye multiplies takes shape outside and surrounds the enemy with numerous eyes that are in all six paths.
Mukuro is able to utilize extremely powerful illusions that are even capable of deceiving Daemon Spade's Devil Lens. The spear tips on the ring can also extend to stab through enemies. Mukuro's coat also changes form to gain a resemblance to Demon Spade's coat.
