Chrome's Stepfather
Is the husband of Chrome's biogical mother, working as an assistant manager from a famous overseas company.
During the Mist ring conflict, he was shown in a flashback complaining that his wife's daughter caused him to miss an important meeting, and that there was also a chance to save her. However, his wife refused to sacrafice herself for a girl she couldn't understand, much to his disapprovment.
Although he suspects that Chrome can hear her mother's complaints from within the ICU, he was told otherwise.
